Respect the opinions of others – Each table is unique, just because someone plays differently to you it does not make them wrong. Be civil to one another – Unacceptable behavior includes name calling, taunting, baiting, flaming, etc.
Lists with This Book. Ebreron a pretty niche situation. Well, it doesn’t have to be that way.

I do agree though they are a little lacking though. Assuming you aren’t ever allowed to gain the benefits of any other weapon?
The book also had a few problems with editing and is missing an index. Racees rather they just have a free tool. Right, and while these features lack direct analogues, they AREN’T as powerful gaces magical items because of the lack of those analogues. Getting Perception and Survival at advantage would still be good and make a bit more sense.
So by introducing a mechanic like armor that scales with proficiency it ignores many of the base assumptions about the game, “breaking” the math as it lets you get higher numbers that you otherwise could, making it the best option to get high AC overshadowing other options.

Without a way to glamour the clothes, a Changeling would still need Disguise proficiency at bare minimum, and is limited to how many clothes he could conceivably carry. Eldritch Wizardry Supplement IV: Agreed here as well.
Technically speaking, the book does bring enough new x&d the table. Maybe give two free but less-powerful artisan tools rather than one really powerful tool and Expertise. But really, this book introduced a rather shockingly small amount of new material, focusing on reintroducing the races and, what is more likely, making them available to campaign settings other than Eberron.

I feel like this is powerful for any tank character, but not game-breaking. Just repeating here for folks who don’t see the other one. A character who doesn’t need to worry about ac eberrin free to make other, potentially more interesting, choices as they level.
I think “Egregious” is a bit hyperbolic. Thank you – I agree with you on the warforged.
Huh, I found wildhunt shifters to be very underwhelming. These rules support Option 3, but exclude the other possibilities.

It’s enjoyable for folks who are interested in expanding their Eberron repertoire. So I am left to give the book a 6. Thanks for telling us about the problem.
Official play assumes characters can’t get Plate until 5th level.
