When the mutilated corpse of a young white woman is found in the city’s botanical gardens, Neuman’s job gets even more difficult.
Nonetheless, at the end of the story, only whites are left standing. It is set in mostly South Africa with a foray into Namibia. The violence continues much later, both in the townships and in the murders of two freey off white girls. I agree it would be great to hear what Beukes or Meyer thought.
