Encyclopedia of Herbal Medicine by Andrew Chevallier
It has some interesting information on the history of herbal medicine, but again it is limited. Recommended by my teacher as the best book when taking “Intro to Medicinal Plants, Herbs, and Spices”. The downside is that there just isn’t enough information on not only herbs, but ailments.
